Rectangular double Chevrons panel created from vintage style 'used' King George V Half Penny stamps dating from WWI (1914-1918).  Each chevron is approximately 4cm wide. 
 
Each stamp artwork is raised a few millimetres off the backing card to give a slight 3D effect therefore they are sold in lightweight bespoke box frames.
